Q2: Where is the location of the Consultant/Specialist Clinics?
ALL Consultant/Specialist Clinics are located at Outpatient Clinic, Level 5.

Q3: What are your Hospital Visiting Hours?
Visiting hours for General Wards are Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Q4: Do you have Ambulance Service in Gleneagles Medini? 
Certainly, please call direct 607-560 1111.

Q5: Can relatives stay with the patient?
Please do seek advice from ward staff to ensure proper procedures are followed. However, due to critical patient or location, you may be advised to only visit during stipulated visiting hours.

Q6: How long do I have to wait for my bed?
Upon availability of a bed. The Gleneagles team strives to have beds available with utmost urgency.

Q7: Does Gleneagles Medini assists with hotel booking and any special rate given?
Certainly, we do assist with hotel arrangement for our customer and their family members.

Q8: Will the hospital be able to assist with religious assistance?
Certainly. We will assist with your request for religious or spiritual assistance or information, wherever possible and available./p>

Q9: Will I have any difficulties in communication?
English is widely spoken and written by our doctors, clinical team and staff in the hospital. Other languages commonly spoken include Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We do have staff who speak other foreign languages – Tamil, Javanese

Q10: Do you have WIFI access or Internet Services in the Ward?
Complimentary wireless internet access is available within the hospital building and all customers’ room.

Q11: Is there any cafeteria in Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, currently we have Staff Café located at Lower Ground Floor, O’Brien and Patio located at Lobby, G Floor.
