Required Information and Documents
Please have these information and documents when you come for your appointment:

Registration
  • Proceed to registration counter at the hospital lobby.
  • The front desk staff will assist you in patient registration over the counter. Please ensure you have this document ready:
    • Passport (mandatory)
For Outpatient Services
  • Upon registration, you will be directed to the assessment room for your consultation with the specialist.
  • If there is any procedure to be done, please follow the procedure process.
  • Payment can be done either at the cashier (without medication) or pharmacy (with medication).
For Inpatient Services
  • You are required to register at the hospital lobby/Emergency Department/Specialist Clinic.
  • A Specialist/Medical Officer will be assigned to consult with you and refer you for admission.
  • You will be directed to the admission counter for room check-in.
  • Upon discharge at the discharge counter, payment can be done either at the cashier (without medication) or pharmacy (with medication).
